Hello! I'm Corinne Irwin, the founder of People|Thrive and a Global Human Resources Executive & Certified Career Coach. I have spent my 20-year career developing & driving people-centric HR & DEI practices within mission-based organizations in the global human rights, social justice, and public health sectors. I am passionate about creating better workplaces where people can flourish, and supporting individuals in finding fulfilling careers.

I am certified by the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Coach with GetFive. I also hold certificates from Wharton Business School in HR Management & Business Analytics and SHRM on Building Inclusive Workplaces.
